Angry Howdi, it's Sunday what did you eat?

7:00 coffee
B: half WWWC&V sandwich
S: coffee
L: beef, green salad and skimmed butter milk
S: coffee
S: skimmed butter milk, 15 g peanuts
S: 2 handful of light popcorn, 1/2 a can of diet coke ( I feel guilty and bad I'm afraid that it's gonna hurt my new pouch any idea how bad is it?)
D: I ate like a pig! 1 bag of potato chips with chilly sauce, 2 bites of a whole wheat burger, 1 sip of fresh orange juice. I hated myself afterwards!

no exercise for the last 12 days.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
