Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Good morning everyone B- 1/2 yogart & dip with some ritz crackers( crackers are a bad choice but could not resist. I am going to have to put them out of sight and out of mind. They were standing on the table.) L- pickled fish about 4 pieces and the other 1/2 of my yogart D- is going to be right around 1 today. 1 can of protein pudding with carb. free whip cream out of a can. L- 1/2 cup of the cheese Kuchen I made yesterday. and a handful of nuts. S- is also going to be later tonight so I am not going to have any lunch tonight I am going to have fried liver and onions. The liver seems to keep me full for a long time and I like that feeling and it feels so good in my pouch. I know alot of people do not like liver so I hope I do not gross anybody out here with my liver and onions. But I have always liked liver and onions.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I think I have wanted to eat everything in sight today! Breakfast: Coffee , cheese and crackers Lunch: 1 cup tomato soup and crackers, tea Snack: crackers (can you tell I had a carb day?) Dinner: 1 cup Vegetable soup, tea I still blend my soups up in my magic bullet. Does anyone else do that? You would think that after 9 months I wouldn't, but habit I guess!
