Default what am I eating?

I decided to go and start tracking foods again after following what I was doing for 2 week commitment to writing it down and then discovering !!! that I've only been eating an avg of 600-650 calories a day..which as I've always said eating too LITTLE makes me gain!

So I've made a commitment to post to fitday and have it PUBLIC:
http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=Gilbretta

plus I am doing the tan & tone -toning (I always tan!) now 3 -4 times a week as my thinking is for now it's something the PT said I could do, that it keeps me on track and it's easy to add in that extra 1/2 hr 3-4 times a week.

It's been a rough 3-4 mos trying to get back into the exercise..fits and starts, then setbacks have made me crazy so I have had to find something that I will keep doing, that isn't horribly stressful to my body, but gets some toning going on.

The eating's the toughie though...once I started tracking it and planning once I leave work and go home...urg!! I find that once I've had the 350 calories at work I go home and don't want to eat at all so that is NOT good..

So fitday seems to be a good first step in getting the FOOD part back on track. Good golly..not eating enough..this is an ongoing issue for a long time. But before I was still running hard and exercising and that is still a key thing for me to stay at the smaller size.

the bad realization is that I could honestly not eat enough and gain a LOT doing that!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

hmmmm not eating and still gaining is really nasty? but how can that happen?? OMG if I have this I would go wakooo!! ohh poor thing!
hmmm how can you not to eat much, inspire me please! I'm on the contrary if I'm at work I keep eating the cereal bars, nuts, ... all nasty stuff! and then get back home at 4:00PM and eat lunch too! tell me what do you eat at work? I can't make a fansy dish for work although we have nice well equipped kitchen at work I can microwave stuff but I've never tried it except once for pop-corn lol

I totally feel you, it's very tough to track the food. Thanks for posting the fitday thing I didn't know that you can post publically! cute

If I were you, I'd eat proteins all the day. especially that you're doing muscle toning ex's, you'd need lots of proteins.
Good luck sweetheart. I just want you to know that I'm here for you.

Hugs and kisses
Hanadi

I do find also when i eat more (good stuff) I lose, if I eat too little I actually gain or stay the same. When I had the flu a few weeks ago for 3 days I gained 3lbs!!!! I didn't eat very much at all.I think its great after 5 yrs you are still so involved with your weight. I know people who have put back on 100+++ in just a few years. You are gonna do fine, you've already proven that.
