Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I got the site on bottom of the page. If you have trouble getting there Just try putting in the name of the site. If you still have trouble let me know. I think it is going to put you into the "just try the cheese" I buy those and they are so yummy. My daughter eats alot of them. I only eat a few here and there, like 2 or 3 of those chips, that is why I do not post them on my eating. I eat some of them just to curve my hunger, the flavors seem to satisfy me and you do not have to feel guilty when you eat them. Once you get there just click on the low carb and there are lots of low carb foods. They have the information facts about the foods and I always check that to make sure how much carbs are in that product and proteins also. Thought I just would mention it about the information facts but I am sure you do that becasue you have done a remarkable job of losing the weight. My food for the day. Like I have said in my post before that I most of the time plan my meals for the day and is a habit I have done for so many years. That is why you see my posts for all day. I also do the same for my husband, I plan his meals for all day, unless he wants something that he is really hungry for, but I usually ask him what he is hungry for today. I have trouble eating meats in a slow cooker but my husband loves food in a slow cooker so I make lots of his meals in a slow cooker for him, and gives him lots of left overs. His most favorite is round steak, about 2 pounds, cut up in pieces and I put them into the slow cooker about 1 in the afternoon and I add about a cup of concord grape wine, about 1 cup water, and a few chopped up onions, and then I let it cook in the slow cooker until done. You can if you want to but I think it tastes better, is add about 1/2 cup of cream. Then I put in two packages of gravy. One pkg of mushroom and one package of country gravy with 1 cup or so of water. Put this into the meat that is done and slow cook until the gravy is thick. Then it is ready to eat and that is my husbands favorite. My husband loves this over mashed potatoes. Now my son loves this over noodles. I like to make this because he can eat a few meals from this. A person would think that this is ideal for me but it is not becasue the meat seems to go into a ball when I chew it. Sorry to bore you all so here is my food for the day. B-which is going to be late today, protein shake with my sugar free hot coco I am going to use the engish toffee protein powder this morning. D- chicken with some gravy and 2 little pieces of potatoe that I am going to bake the chicken with. My husband loves this dish also. He is not to crazy about the supper I had last night. Western dressing chicken. By the way the chicken agreed with me very good, I had no trouble getting sick from chicken like I did before. I was scared to try it baked becasue a few months ago I got sooo sickkk from it. But it sat so good in my pouch. L-yogart with a few nuts. S- I am not planning supper right now because I do not know if we have to go to town yet and then more an likely we will be eating on the run, I will be having a protein bar in the pickup. L-beef jerky (homemade) I make my own jerky becasue I have a harder time chewing the boughten jerky. When I make my jerky I make it round not flat. It seems to break up better for me when it is round. Now my daughter makes hers flat and that is the way she likes it. I just use the seasoning from walmart for jerky. I tried some of my own recipes and am pretty tired of my own so now I buy the jerky mix from walmart. My daughter and I like to snack a stick or two or eat the jerky as a meal. My sticks are only about 4 inches long. I guess I snack on these too without posting them. I eat them when I am needing something to chew. Keeps my mouth busy. Lots of protein in this. I do not eat htis everyday just when i need something to chew. This keeps my food under control. My daughter told me before I had my surgery that she eats alot of jerky and is loaded with protein. So my husband and I invested into a good dehydrater for my jerky and I am going to try the fruit cocktail on there and a lady told me that is what she does and they are so yummy dehydrated. Sorry to bore you again Just The Cheese
