Everyday we'll use different language..couple of days ago it was Japanees, others tried spanish..and so on. Today it's Arabic....Feel free to add more. I've noticed that you're trying to encourage everybody to keep this post a live so let's take it to a different level, what do you think? So as I said Marhaba = Hello Sabah el-khair = Good morning Masa'a El-khair = Good evening Tesbah Aala khair = Good night (before sleep) 7:00 coffee B: my fav. WWWC&V sandwich S: coffee water water water L: OK what can I say about lunch it was ssssooooooooo lovely Hubby took me to the Lenotre Resturant (French) it's a beach resturant the view is marvellous So they have healthy low calorie menu that was neat thing to have. Anyway I had Salad from their unlimitted salad bar! They have many varaieties, didn order main course but I had low calorie pan cake with chopped pineapples, orange, wholenuts, and apricot sauce. with Cafe Late (Skimmed milk) Yummi!!!!!!!!! I enjoyed my lunch very much it ws a great Wed (last working day) hang out! Next time hubby hang out we'll go for a Sushi! 7:00PM will have a lympho drainage message (Love my Ukrainian messager she knows how to endulge her clients!) Unfortunately she cannot come today, but I have appointment with her at the spa tomorrow morning yeppiiii!!!!!!! S: apple, and cheese stick D: popcorn & home made splash see the recipe down S: 2 hot dogs w/o buns PS: I hyperly linked Lenotre paris resurant. unfortunately couldn't find Kuwait branck online. Anyways, this has the flavor of it

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Wooww I just found out a nice way of making fruity exotic ice cream!! I smashed a frozen mineral water and toss the ice in soothy machine with 1/2 crystal (Strawberry and Banana flavor) with maybe 1/2 cup of frozen water. It's yummiiiiiiiiiii Jude and I had it it's sooo coooooooool and soothing. The taste reminded me when dad used to take us when w're kids for a ride we used to buy the snow cone with artificial fruity syrub added on it. They call it here splash I dunno what you guys call it I'm eating it while I'm typing this post it's so whooohoooo hehehehe I'm so thrilled ehmemememememoowaaahhhhh :* hehehe I know I'm crazy

So far today I have had the following: Breakfast - 12 oz of carb countdown chocolate milk, banana, and Carb Freedom yogurt Lunch - Fajitas (steak and chicken) minus the tortilla, bit of rice and beans Dinner - I haven't had that yet but since the big lunch, I think I will be having just a protein shake. I am also slacking on my water but trying to pick it up this afternoon. Shelley
