Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Gosh, a typical day for me consists of:
  • B: Usually a NF milk/chocolate/coffee protein shake
  • MS: Liv Active cottage cheese or 2 oz cheese stick
  • L: (My new favorite) Hillshire Farms Chicken & Bacon Club Salad. Its so good!
  • AS: Peanut butter pretzels or a half of an apple (or other fruit)
  • D: Usually whatever my husband makes, just really small portions. Like last night he made these homemade chicken pot pies - I could only eat about half without the crust topping but it was real good.
I'm still right around 1000 calories a day and I still seem to be losing 3 - 5 pounds a week. I'm also getting in all my protein, so that's good -- but I am concerned that maybe I'm eating too much??? My biggest challenge these days seems to be fighting my urge to want to snack in the evening. I usually want something salty like popcorn or pretzels, though sometimes I go for a SF cookie or two -- but I really shouldn't snack in the evening!

1000 kcals is fine. That's about the lowest cals recommended for women when on a diet. You also are losing at a very very good pace, so 1000 kcal is no problem. If you can find a healthy solution to your snacking in the evening, that would be best, but is there any reason you want to snack in the evening, or is it just a craving? Drinking water when you crave, or getting some exercise in, might help there.
