Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

B- 1 1/2 oz. of homemade beef jerky & a handful of pitaschos
L- 3/4 cup of left over soup with veg. in it, 1 tablespoon of cream and 2 teaspoons of ketchup
D- 1 1/2 oz. of Deer sausage, 1/2 a can of protein pudding with whipped cream with no carb.
L- rest of protein pudding with whipped cream with no carb., share a pear with hubby
S- 3 oz. of porkchop
L- Kuchen without the crust (cheese) I am going to make a big pan full this afternoon, and I am going to feast on this for a few days, high in protein and hardly no carb. Yummy, well if my daughter comes out to the farm she sure will eat some of this, she loves this stuff and so does my husband, so I just might have to make another pan full this week end. I stocked upon the cheese curd in my freezer.

B- 1.6 oz OF CHICKEN CUTLET & 1/4 PIECE OF PROTEIN BAR

L- A BOWL OF BROCCOLI (OK THIS DIDNT STAY DOWN TO LONG)

S- 1 oz 75% LF CHEESE W/ 3 MELBA TOAST CRACKERS

REMEMBER YOUR JUST USING ENOUGH OIL TO SAUTE THE GARLIC THE REST IS COOKED IN A LITTLE BROTH IN A BIG FRYING PAN OR SUCH. JUST ENOUGH BROTH TO STEAM IT NOT ALOT. THE OWNER TO OUR PIZZERA DOWN THE STREET TAUGHT ME THIS. GOD AM I ADDICTED TO THIS NOW. ITS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOOOD!!!!!!

b: protein shake
L: part of a lean cuisine
D: some pinto beans w/ham and a few turnip greens with a couple bites of corn muffin

I believe the Kuchen recipe is in the recipe section. Look at the Forums list and you will find the recipes. There are some yummy things listed there.
