Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | B- 1 1/2 oz. of homemade beef jerky & a handful of pitaschos L- 3/4 cup of left over soup with veg. in it, 1 tablespoon of cream and 2 teaspoons of ketchup D- 1 1/2 oz. of Deer sausage, 1/2 a can of protein pudding with whipped cream with no carb. L- rest of protein pudding with whipped cream with no carb., share a pear with hubby S- 3 oz. of porkchop L- Kuchen without the crust (cheese) I am going to make a big pan full this afternoon, and I am going to feast on this for a few days, high in protein and hardly no carb. Yummy, well if my daughter comes out to the farm she sure will eat some of this, she loves this stuff and so does my husband, so I just might have to make another pan full this week end. I stocked upon the cheese curd in my freezer.
