I miss getting here every day but no internet at work yet, it looks like i will have it though so keeping fingers crossed lol. How is your eating going? I hope everyone is keeping focused and staying on track..My daughter graduates today so i am not working. 6am coffee...no protein ran out need to shop today B regular oatmeal with half banana L 1 egg fried a few homefries D 1/2 of a jr whopper minus most of bread and afew fries S popcorn Not the best because i had to eat out twice, but during the week at work i have only been having for lunch a stallone pudding with some pretzles and cheese. I am down to 128....Hope everyone is well. Have to run. Talkto you all soon.
