christy oh my god they are sooooooooooooooooooooooo good. there is this store where i live that makes them fresh. its like a rice cake but waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyy lighter. they make it in a vacumed hot air pressured machine and they pop right out the machine its so fun to watch them come out of the machine. they only have 18 calories, 1/2 a fat, 2 carbs and 1 protein. they are the size or a regular rice cake or maybe a bit bigger, they are pretty big. some girl had them at one of our meetings and let us try it, well i went gaga, infact we all did so i had to run out and buy them. the store is about 40 min away from my house but well worthe the trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its like eating nothing. so i never feel a bit guilty eating them!!! my daughter even likes them

D- cheese kuchen without the crust, about 8 fries that i put into the oven and they are also seasoned. I think I ate to many becasue I, all of a sudden got pretty hot for a while. I noticed if I eat something that has to many carb. I get very hot and tired. No more potatoes for a while.
L- Yogart with some high protein cereal mixed in
S- chili (1 cup)
L- For now I will have to see till tonight if I am hungry
