| WLS Master Guru | Good morning Chuppy. I did not eat well yesterday. Some soup, some cheese, and a Stella Doro Breakfast treat. I was soooooooooo sick from that. The sugar content was low, but it just affected me badly. So, live and learn, right? TOday, I will be better. Have a great day. S |

![]() How is your work? I hope your enjoying your return back!! I was over the moon when I got back to work after my maternity/motherhood leaves I wanted to get back to the office so bad!!. Now with this enormous heat here at Kuwait (+58C under the shadow) I'm looking for a summer leave very soon heheheheh I want to go some where COOOLDDDD dededededed ![]() I'm trying to behave my eating and restrict myself to low-carb diet. I should lose a lot before I'm gone to UK for the graduate studies. A lot of mountain field trips will be done on my project, I don't want to look like a goofy big fat student who have hard time climbing. I'm trying to eat right and move my right heheheh So pray for me to keep consistent!

| Super Moderator | LisaMarie, give your baby a month. I've been told before that it's better for the kids to cry, it's the ones that hold out and brave it out who actually takes longer in adjusting. I can understand you feeling guilty, believe me, I've been there. The most important thing is that you spend quality time with your kids when you are with them, and concentrate on your job, when you're working. ![]()
