Default ITS MONDAY...how wasy our sunday eating?

OKAY i am not as good as chuppygirl with the universal language greetings but at least i can help keep the thread going while LISAMARIE is falling into work routines and CHUPPYGIRL also has alot on our plate right now too!

Breakfast: scrambled egg, onion, sausage, peppers and quarter bagel w/ cream cheese

LUNCH: beef stick, watermelon and canteloupe

SNACK: 100 calorie micro popcorn bag

DINNER: london broil, 1/2 corn on the cob, talble spoon rice (didnt stay down)

SNACK: no sugar added fudgcicle

took my supplements
drank my water, propel mandrine organge
No excerise

Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.

Well unless im confused the thread is put up the day after for the day befores eating so that people can put the complete day in ...
UNLESS im doing it wrong!
OTHERWISE this thread is of no good till late day.
WHEN people ate all thru the day and finsihed.
FOLKS i know when i have done this thread on other boards
it was always what you ate the daybefore...
SO today monday we post up sunday
on tuesday we put up mondays eatings?

Lisa sweetie you're doing this greater than the way I do it..Gals feel free to use your creativity, the most important thing is to keep this post up. Honestly this is the only place I log my daily eating. So million thanks PPP~

OK
7:00 coffee with medication
B: Chiken burger, one small whole wheat slice with turkey pustrami
L: taboulah, 3 bites steak, Kebba with yougurt, blue berries
I had maybe 4 cups of coffee, it was a very tenssed day.
Walked/jogged for one hour (4 km) Felt good about myself.
Had home made crytal smoothy was so great that Judey shared it with me UUGGGGGHHHH!!! it's finished quickly!
D: backed chicken, garlic dip water
I guess I cought cold again so I had sugare free stripclese I hope it's OK with my diet!

My water intake is not good I forget to drink

No, Lisa, you are right. I just posted so late yesterday, i posted what I had eaten for the whole day. So, I was just stating that I was reposting. Usually I do the day before, as I post early in the morning.

I am glad you did this post. I can add the new language greeting. So for today, how about..........hmmmmmmmmm... Here is Welcome in Albanian..........in honor of my Albanian friend who is moving to Florida in a couple of weeks.

Hi,
Just got back from vacation bible school where I'm helping with crafts. We have 5 classes, 9AM-12. The kids are between 4 & 10. It's interesting seeing the differences in their attitudes. Once they hit 8, they start to change. What a sweet bunch of kids. It's for all churches in our area, so there is quite a mix. I had fun.

B Protein drink w/Gerber peaches and 3oz.NF plain yogurt
black coffee
L 4 oz. egg drop soup, 3 crispy won-ton strips, 1T. fried rice, 1oz. steamed
chicken, 2 pea pods
I tried eating the chicken but the was to way to make it "soft" so I spit it out after chewing the heck out of it.
Protein drink w/ 1/2 banana
D 2oz. turkey breast, 1.5 oz. avocado
S SF Jello & SF NF cool whip

I'll repost tomorrow so I won't be ahead a day
