Default It's Tuesday, how was your Monday eating?

Thats Maori for hello everyone (Maori are the indigineous people of New Zealand).
Guess I've got a bit of an advantage when it comes to starting these threads since I'm a day ahead of everyone, it's actually Tuesday night now but I won't be greedy and try and do two days!
Monday for me was :
Breakfast - Two poached eggs (freerange) on wholegrain toast
Morning tea - wasnt hungry
Lunch - A Chicken, feta, coriander, and kumara(sweet potato) fritter, and salad.
Afternoon tea - Cup of vege soup and a peice of russian fudge
Dinner - Chicken breast with mushrooms and steamed carrots, zucchini, broccoli and spinach
Supper - Yoghurt

Not enough water and too much coffee. My goals for the week are more water and green tea!!

breakfast: protein shake
SNACK: watermelon, canteloupe few pretzels
LUNCH: chicken salad on whole wheat tortilla
SNACK: cheeze doodles HANDFUL bad me
DINNER: chicken salad and hard boiled egg
SNACK: no sugar added/no fat/lactose free chocolate gourmet fudgie
SNACK: quaker 1 smart bar

( i AM PMS EATING) GOT MY SUPPLEMENTS AND WATER IN

7:00 coffee
B: 3 steak small skewers with small whole wheat turky pustrami sandwich
L: 2 small steak tenderilions, spinach salad, artichoke salad, 2 sppons of succkini soup (didn't like it).
S: strawberries and red berries with another cup of coffee.
water water water (so far I did 1 liter!)

want to walk/jog for one hour but I feel lazy, need a crane to lift my

I'm hungry now
Got an idea I'll eat low carb cole slaw yummiii

I am in such an eating rut, really. I need some serious help.

I had my coffee with protein, some soup, some cheese, and some pretzels. I need variety. S.

Unhappy I'm sOoOoOoOoOo knocked out :O

I can't believe it!!! jogging/walking today was so tough!!
when it reached 20 minutes I was seriously thinking of stepping down!
again I had the same thoughts at 30
again I had the same thoughts at 40
again I had the same thoughts at 50 I was that far from stepping down
when it reached 55 minutes I was saying, only 5 minutes only 5 minutes
and then when it became 60 minutes I was totally phhewwwwww
OMG it was tough. I walked 3.7km at 42-5.8km/hr
I'm dead and grumpy now

yeah I wish if you and I are walking together. we'll walk and gossip and talk and talk hehehehehe. Time will fly so quickly!!!

I was signed in yoga class I guess I'm still authorized to attend her calasses untill July 1st. I hated that GYM, ladies over there stare at me as if I am an Alien!!

Happy Tuesday,

B Protein drink w/Gerber peaches and 3oz.NF plain yogurt
black coffee
L 4 oz. egg drop soup, 3 crispy won-ton strips, 1T. fried rice, 1oz. steamed
chicken, 2 pea pods
I tried eating the chicken but the was to way to make it "soft" so I spit it out after chewing the heck out of it.
Protein drink w/ 1/2 banana
D 2oz. turkey breast, 1.5 oz. avocado
S SF Jello & SF NF cool whip
