Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | B-- Protein drink with my hot coco- 22 protein L-- pork (2 oz.) creamed potatoes(1/4 cup)I just could not resist the leftover potatoes from yesterday. 14 protein(pork) D-- 9 wheat thins with cream cheese dip (3 T.) 4 protein L-- I am going to eat headcheese (2 oz.) and I am going to dip it into Dorthy Lynch dressing while Oprah is on. 14 protein S-- meatloaf (3 oz.) and 1 cup lettuce with dorthy Lynch dressing (2 T.) I usually eat my lettuce a little ahead of time before my meat, it seems to slide threw before I eat my meat. 20 protein L- If I am hungry maybe some of my sugar free fudge about an ounce or so. Only if I get hungry becasue I will have more than enough protein in today.
