I'll start this since I have been BAD already today.....
B- 1 oz cheddar cheese and an apple-cinn nutri grain bar
L- Weight Watchers Terriyaki Chicken (i will eat all of the chicken and 1/2 veggies and rice)
D- plan is baked boneless/skinless chicken breast, 2 tbsp of broccoli, 1 tbsp of mashed potatoes
S- cottage cheese and pears

I think your guys meal plans are pretty good.
This is mine for today

B--4 oz. meatloaf---30 protein with 2 T. Ketchup, & one of my moms raisin filled cookie(BAD)
L-- Orange(small)
D-- liver & onions I will only get down 2 slices of liver (3 oz.)---20 protein. 2 T. sauted onions.--
L--handful of honey roasted peanuts--5 protein & 3 dates
S-- same things as dinner, liver and onions--- 20 protein
L-- hotcoco with protein (Taffee)--10 protein, I am only going to do half the protein because my proteins are a little high today.

I try to keep my protien between 60 to 80 a day
Well dinner I could not eat, for some reason out of nowhere my pouch did not want to eat dinner or lunch so all I had was 2 sugarfree popsicles but I am feeling better now and will continue with my supper the way it is posted and my lunch about 9 PM.

Not totally "bad" LOL Just wish I didn't have the Nutri-Grain bar. Trying to be better with carbs- so that I can lose that 1 last pound that is holding me back from the Century Club!
