Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I think your guys meal plans are pretty good. This is mine for today B--4 oz. meatloaf---30 protein with 2 T. Ketchup, & one of my moms raisin filled cookie(BAD) L-- Orange(small) D-- liver & onions I will only get down 2 slices of liver (3 oz.)---20 protein. 2 T. sauted onions.-- L--handful of honey roasted peanuts--5 protein & 3 dates S-- same things as dinner, liver and onions--- 20 protein L-- hotcoco with protein (Taffee)--10 protein, I am only going to do half the protein because my proteins are a little high today. I try to keep my protien between 60 to 80 a day Well dinner I could not eat, for some reason out of nowhere my pouch did not want to eat dinner or lunch so all I had was 2 sugarfree popsicles but I am feeling better now and will continue with my supper the way it is posted and my lunch about 9 PM.
