Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Wow! I've lost over 100 lbs! Today I broke a 6 week plateau and made my weight loss total over 100 lbs. I can't believe how far I've come in 8 months. I am working so hard each day to follow the directions from my surgeon, nut, exercising & in therapy I don't often celebrate the milestones. I still have a lot of work to do and then there's maintaining a healthy weight too, but for now I'm going to be proud of myself and grateful for all of the support others have shown me. Thanks everyone! Amy
