I will take every wow I can get..... my very bright, attention to detail, with no filter 5 year old daughter came up to me today. She poked my tummy and said "Wow! Mommy, your tummy is getting smaller." and walked away. We are very careful not to talk about surgery or diets around her as we just didn't think she was old enough (or more importantly QUIET ENOUGH not to announce it to every stranger) SO the fact that she even noticed was great! Here is my little sassifrass loving on her brother!

I keep thinking if she likes to question my every word now and argue each detail, what will she be like at 13?EGAD! I think she will be an attorney so she can always argue the point she thinks is right! Gotta love her though- she is the best thing that ever happend to me! (and her brother of course!) Besides my hubby and mom remind me that she is just like me......hmmmm
