Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  my first wow moment Last week i wrote how I hadnot lost any weight in a week. WELLLLLLLLL, I hopped on the scale this morning and I thought I was still half asleep the first number was a "1" as in 199 instead of a 200 one! I havenot been less than 200 lbs in YEARS!!!!!!!!! Now I realize 199 is still not exactly a perfect number to weigh unless you are 7 feet tall...but for me it was so exciting!!   :sca les:
