Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  What an eye opener I had today!!! I took my grandkids outside for a walk today. We all got bundled up for the cold outside. I figured I am going to put on my winter coat that I wear now and I put my other coat that I had on before the sugery over the top of my winter coat that I wear now. I could hardly believe how much room was left in my bigger coat. The big coat was so huge on me and made me realize how much I lost all over. I bet I could have gotten my grandson in the bigger coat even with me wearing my coat I wear now. I am going to have to take a picture tomarrow or Sunday and post it so that you can see what I mean. It sure was an awesome wow for me today.
