Hey everyone. I went to my Nieces 1st Birthday Party yesterday.
Im sure you guys have these chairs so I hope I describe it ok:
outdoor plastic chairs, they come in a variety of colours usually white or green though.

Before I started this journey I couldnt really fit in one, and if I did manage to squeeze my butt in one, I felt very sorry for the chair and would pray it wouldnt break, or I would sit on the edge pretending that I was comfy...

well, yesterday, I sat down and though there was no real room to spare, I didnt feel like I was squished tightly in, and I sat right back!!!

In a social situation, that chair kind of thing always affected me, but now....Im not so worried!!! YAY!!!!!

Oh yeah, I know those chairs, I have a thin friend that sat in one and the legs went out in all four directions from the chair and he hit the ground! So of course I never would risk sitting in one!!hahaha I am happy for you and your wow!!

Thank-you Ladies!! Its just one of the many life things that smaller people take for granted. I tend to automatically measure spaces and chairs everything so I wont hopefully embarrass myself, so I know that is something that I will never ever miss doing once this extra weight has left for good!

Excellent wow moment for sure. I know what your talking about with those chairs. We went to the beach this past year one week before my surgery and I couldnt sit on the ones on the balcony because I couldnt fit. Nothing like the biggest person standing up while the smaller ones sit! I have broke a couple in my time also so yes I know the fear of busting it in front of eveyone. Your doing a great job.
