Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  I love my new Tool Well I got up this morning and went and weight in,  I only weight on Sunday mornings so I don't go crazy. And when I looked to see what is was I had lost 4lbs this week not the usual 1 that I have been looseing each week for the last month or so, boy was I excited that makes it 52Lbs lost FOREVER!!!!! I was so excited I did a happy dance. That is why I love my new tool!!!!!!!!! That was my easter present and I wouldn't have asked for anything else. So with that HAPPY EASTER TO ALL !!

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   | That's not a bad wt. loss since your surgery in November. Keep on doing what you're doing, as it seems to be working. My wife had a revision from a 1980 WLS to a RNY last July, and she's down to below 160, and she is 5' 9" tall too. Remember the RNY is only the tool, and you have to "be smarter than the tool you're working with", so be smart with what you eat, try to exercise daily, drink plenty of fluids, and take your daily vitamins and calcium citrate. I prefer the liquid vitamins I take instead of taking a lot of pills, and I use a powdered calcium citrate instead of pills too.
