This upper respiratory/sinus infection has really kicked my butt..I'm working hard to keep up the protein and get all the water in....all I REALLY want to do is sleep. I am feeling somewhat better, but I haven't been to the gym in nearly a week and I'm just trying to get through at this point!
The bonus.....? This morning, I got on the scales...and now my BMI is officially in the NORMAL RANGE!!!! (just ignore the flaps of skin)....DDH has officially said to put on the brakes, because if I have any skin removed, it will probably throw me under goal.
On a side note, I was SUPPOSED to have my plastic surgery consult yesterday. Been so sick, I called and cancelled the appointment. Oh well, it will all happen in it's own time. As soon as I'm able to make the appointment, I'll let everyone know what he says!

Yes Hun Do Remember That When You Have The Surgery Extra Skin And Some Pounds Will Come Off So Maybe Dh Has A Point. But Only You Can Really Make That Call.
I Know I Still Want To Lose 3o More Till I Have My Corrective Surgery.

Kathy I have seen you post before about sinus infections. Have you ever went to see a ENT Dr? They can evaluate the sinus and see if its chronic or perhaps allergies. I have seen them do alot of good on patients who suffer from these symptoms.
Congrats on the normal range. I dont think I have ever been in the normal weight range in my entire life!
