Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Couple of WOWs rolled into one!!! My husband and I love to bowl and we started with a new league last night. Right before I had surgery, I was bowling on a team with 3 young ladies (young enough to my daughters). I have not seen them since December. 1st wow: One comes up to me last night and was so excited to see me. Gave me a big hug and told me how great I looked. 2nd wow: After bowling I went down a few lanes to see someone from church and another lady I had bowled with came up to speak to me and I told her I had seen the other team member earlier and she says, " I know she texted me to tell my how skinny you are getting!" Just makes your day when people give you postive feedback! I will tell you this....I am having a time with my body mechanics after having lost 55lbs. It will take me some time to find my groove again on the lanes!!! I won't complain tho!  |

I really was bowling a good game and was on a hot streak right before surgery, but now my body stance when I release is awful. So awful, that one of the certfied trainers who gave me some tips last year was watching me practice other day and he says my body stance and release is UGLY!!! LOL!!! So you just look out now that you are down 120!!!! |
