 |  I couldn't believe it I am 4 1/2 months out of surgery and although my wieght loss has slowed down I can tell that I am loosing inches. That is the great thing about exercise, even if the scale does not budge I know that I am still doing great. However, with the scale slowing down I did fall into the trap of feeling a little pissed off (excuse my language) as I am working my ass off (literally) and that dam scale will just not budge. So I decided that I would spend a few hours trying on clothes so I would feel good about the inches lost, not the number on the scale. Anyways in the back of my closet was my wedding dress. I thought - why not try and see how far I have to go to fit into it. Guess what !!!!!! - IT FIT. I could not believe it. I have attached a few photos (including before shots). I know I have goofy look on my face, but I was in shock.
