Default Proud of myself

Hi, I have to talk about my weekend. I went with my husband who belongs to a male chorus, we went to Eau Claire Wi to an International Big Sing and during the weekend there is a lot of drining and snacking going on. I drank water the entire time and even exercised at the weight room they had in the motel. There wasn't a whole lot of opportunity to go out and get 'good foods' I brought some of my own 'snacks' but meals were tough. I ordered fish one evening and scraped the fish out of the breading, got a lot of strange looks, but oh well. I had a heck of a 'hangover' headache friday night, was gone by morning. Made me mad because I had the headache, but never drank a drop of alcohol, something's wrong with that picture. LOL. Brought my protein shakes with me and that really helped a lot with substituting the not so wonderful meal opportunities. They served cheesecake at the ladie's luncheon. I pushed that away and didn't eat it, the waitress was concerned that i didn't like it or something was wrong. Felt kind of bad, I just explained to her, but she looked puzzled. She was about 50 lbs. a real twig. LOL. Anyway, not to brag, but it was tough weekend eating wise, but I still managed to keep my diet and I had a ball. The compliments I received from the other people int he choir were so fun to hear, it kept me motivated. They are retired snowbirds who haven't been around all winter, so they haven't seen me at all this winter, I absolutely had so much fun, it was fun spending some much needed time with hubby as our 23rd anniversary is around the corner and just a great weekend. Thanks for letting me brag.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
