 |  3 months and WOW....
I am just over 3 months out and it wasn't until I posted today and looked at my ticker that I realized.....I have less then 100lbs to go. I have lost 63lbs in 3 months. This is so amazing and this surgery was the best thing I could have ever done for myself. I have noticed so many wow's that most people do everyday but for us who have been so over weight they are wows.....I can cross my legs, I can fit MUCH better in booths, I have a lot more energy, I can bend all the way over and shave my legs without my stomach being in the way, but best of all....I feel good about myself!!! I have not wanted to go on vacation in years because I have always been so embarrassed of myself...well today I decided to surprise my husband and I booked a trip to Hilton Head SC for the two of us (no kids) for our 9 year anniversery next weekend! I am so excited I can't wait!!!

Shannon, you had surgery a week b-4 i did, and i totally get what you mean. I've lost 52 lbs and am starting to see little wow moments daily. It's so exciting. For a second i wondered if i had made a mistake in having surgery but as more of those little moments come. I know for sure I made the right choice. Keep up the good work and congrats.
