Weight Loss Method - |  A small wow but it's mine Today I decide to take my measurements since the scale is not moving. I was so happy to see that since the middle of January of this year until now I have lost 8inches in my bust(not sure I am happy about that  ), 4 in. in my waist, and 2 1/2in. in my thighs. That is a grand total of 14 1/2 inches I am not so upset about the scale not moving but it would be nice
