Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  The Wow Moment in Time (long time no see) Today while at work working on the project I saw a friend which I had not seen for about 4 years. When he saw me today his first words out were Holy Sh#t lont time no see what it has been like 50 pounds ago. Of course A huge smile popped from my face ear to ear  (like the one I have now writting these lines) and simply said more like 75 pounds.the first 5 minutes of our encounter was about how good I looked and all the rest of the fine comments To be honest to you guys I would have thought I would get a remark like the one I got today from many other people I know, but I was glad to recieve it from someone so spontaneous. So there you are people will notice specially those who have not seen you in a long time.... Happy, yes... enjoying it, yes... Tonight I will have trouble sleeping. BUT WHO THE HELL CARES....... yahoooooooo.
