Yep I lost 4 pounds this week and I sure had a surprise waiting for me this morning when I stood on the scale. I have been in a stall for a few weeks and wow this morning 4 pounds gone. I swore I was not going to weigh myself until a whole week was over and I kept telling my husband that I swear that I lost weight becasue my tops are so big on me for the last few days and I waited till this morning and puff, 4 pounds gone. And my skin got tighter too for the last few weeks. So I had my hubby take some pictures of me today.
