Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Lost 3 pounds this week, WOW I cannot believe how much weight I have been lossing lately. Well yesterdy morning I stood on the scale and lost one pound and today I went on the scale again to see if that one pound is still off and by gully I had another two pounds off, so in a weeks time I lost 3 pounds. Wow, when was the last time I weight 230 pounds, been too long for me to remember. I am in such HIGH today. Thank You all for helping me, would never be able to do this without you all, My friends, I love you all!!!!!! I am 5 pounds away from my mini goal. I want that off before my sons wedding and I will make it becasue my sons wedding is at the end of August. Seems like with the garden work, the weight is rolling right off.
