Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  Have we met? Today after church, I was talking to some grown kids who came back to visit their parents. I've met these folks before, and we know each other fairly well, but they haven't been back since Christmas. One of them introduced himself and as we chatted, I could see the confusion on his face. His sister also looked puzzled. Finally, he asked if I was (described me by job, wife and how long we'd been in the area), and I said "yes". Then he really looked disoriented, and asked "didn't you used to have a beard?" "No." His sister was sure I had shaved a beard. I told her I'd shaved a mustache, but that was a couple of years ago, and I'd seen her several times since then. Finally I told them I'd lost a little weight since they were last here. They didn't believe that was it because they were thinking small. Then one of my friends standing by watching couldn't stand it any more and told them how much (he's pretty proud of me). It was so much fun!! The looks on their faces was priceless!!!  "Have we met?"  CT <still grinning!>
