I was a bridesmaid in 1995 and remember wearing the greatest dress. I of course went on a crash diet so I could fit it and I think I only fit it for one day 
Anyways I found it in the back of my closet this morning and thought - I wonder how close I am to it fitting. Guess what - It fits.
Running is going great. My girlfriend who has ran for 3 years will not run with me anymore because I am too fast. I did not think I was competitive but man it feels good to excel in physical activities.
It would be great if you all would post a picture of one of those outfits that you have been waiting to fit back into.  |

Hi there sweetie, You look so gorgeous and wow have you ever come a long ways. You have done an awesome job. I do not think I will ever get into running but I sure can do alot of walking now. It feels so good to go on long walks and not get so tired after a little ways. I can keep up with my garden and it is the cleanest it has been in so many years, I just could not keep up with the garden before. I think I sat more on the chair then I was working in the garden before. Now I rarely rest when I am in the garden.
As far as fitting into cloths that I had on before I gained all this weight, well that was too many years ago since I was this size and got rid of all those cloths, but I am fitting into my daughters cloths that she gave me and I am just tickled pink that I can get into them. It has been to many years ago since I fit into the size I am at right now.
When I look at your picture you look much thinner than what you have posted. You look so tiny and beautiful. Keep up the great work, you have done an awesome job and it is a huge wow that you run faster than your friend who has been running for the past three years.

Congratulations on the bridesmaid dress!
I actually "jogged" to 40 paces 5 or 6 times on my quarter mile warm-up walk before hitting the weight room. I had to bring in a towel to the gym, to wipe sweat off the equipment.
What the???
I hope to RUN a 10K someday. Or maybe tap dance.
