Well, I had my garage sale today, an I did pretty good---made $264.00 That will help pay the bills to the end of the month. Still looking for work. Anyway, I did get rid of a good bit of my bigger clothes. When I was getting ready to close down, this beat up old van pulled up, and this fairly large woman got out of the car. I could tell that she apparently was going through some tough times, as she was trying to check her total that she owed me after each article of clothing she picked out. For some reason, I just said, "lady, you can have all the clothes on the rack for $25". She just about started to cry. She could only come up with $23, and I told her"SOLD"! Boy, did that make me feel good to help someone out who obviously has a situation alot worse than me! I guess I am patting myself on the back so to speak, but you know, since I have had the surgery, I look at life in a whole new way. I used to look at the glass "half empty", but now I look at it "half full".

I think that all of you out on this site are very positive, and have helped me look at things in a positive light now. You are all so supportive, and I love you all for being there for me. Hope I can return the favor someday for one of you.
Anyway, have a nice Saturday. It rained like crazy here yesterday in central PA, but God kept it nice for my sale. Funny, after I closed up it started to rain again. Coincidence? maybe, but don't know for sure. The funny thing is that I usually close up at noon time, but for some reason I waited another hour, and that is when that poor lady came to my sale. Guess I was suppose to be there for her. She said I made her feel like it was Christmas. Man, do I feel great!!!! Bye for now.
