 |  I am half the woman!!!!
I had a great wow today. My son came to the farm today with another person. So they came into the house to visit a little, becasue my son had told him that I had the gastric bypass and that I had lost alot of weight, and then he wanted to see how I look now. This guy was here a year ago just before my surgery and saw how heavy I was. Well when he came into the house he was in for the shook of his life. He told me that I am half the woman I was before and the look on his face said it all. My son face was a look of so much pride of me that I lost all this weight. So he asked me all the same questions everyone else does when they find out you had the surgery and was so amazed by all of it, Then he told me again that I lost so much weight and that I look so good just the way I am now. I would look at my hubby when he would tell me this and my hubby had the biggest smile on his face and he is so proud of me.

When my son and the guy left, I asked my hubby " Do I actually look like I lost half of me" He said that I look half the size I was before. But when I look at the statiscs, when I lose another 18 pounds that I am in reality half the woman I was before. That is so close and hard for me to grasp. Now I am taking the weight where I was at my heaviest 384 pounds. When I look at this weight where I was, OH MY GOSH have I come a long ways. I still have a hard time wrapping that around my brain, everyone else sees it but me, I see it some what but not like others see it, if that makes any sense to you. I see it but yet I don't. Mind playing tricks on me.
