Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Ive been thinking of trying running. I walk at quite a quick pase on the treadmill at the gym but I just dont know where to begin to run and I dont want to make a fool out of myself at the gym now especially when its been packed.
I always feel like an idiot when I exercise but who cares, everyone else does also. hehehe

It was great meeting you also. I felt like an idiot because I had to leave early. Hopefully next months is better.

Great job Scott. I haven't tried running but this morning it was so darn cold I found myself running UP the parking ramp at work and giggles at myself. Geezzzz when was the last time I could do that??

Keep up the great work!

Way back when, as Viet Nam was winding down, we were nearing the end of basic training. Our drill sergeant (in the manner of drill sergeants the world over) found a way to motivate us to do well on the mile run for our physical fitness test. He took off his combat boots and put on sneakers, then he picked up his rifle, fixed a bayonet on it, told us that the test standard was 6:00 minutes, and he thought we should all finish in less than that because he could run the mile in 5:45 and he'd be right behind us. It worked, too! I don't think he had to stab more than 2 or 3 slowpokes, either!!

I haven't really run since then. I might start again when the spring thaw gets done.

How's it feel to not have that running partner on your back now, Scott? 127 pounds makes a big difference!!
