So Sam (on the left if this pic attaches) has lost 85 pounds on Dr Bersteins diet plan..at a cost of $1200 for six weeks...she kept going with theplan but refused to pay anymore than that..she did it on her OWN!! I love her!! I have lost 100. So there is another whole overweight person missing from this picture.
It was the first time alot of my friends have seen the new me. They are all very happy for me. Oh ya thats me on the right.
