Well I have set a few small goals for myself on this weight loss journey and yesterday I hit my second. My first goal was I wanted to be able to weigh myself on a scale in my own home... and a very good friend found one online and had it sent to me, so there was goal 1 met. The second was to lose 100 pounds. I went to the Dr yesterday expecting to not have lost a thing... I have been bad about walking since I've just been feeling so run down with not being able to eat the way I should, and the last appt June 11th I gained 2 pounds  so I expected a small weight loss if there was any at all. You could have knocked me over with a feather when I saw I had lost another 21 ponds, bringing my weight loss total to 105. I sat down in the chair and I just felt the tears welling up in my eyes... kinda like they are now... I guess I am just still trying to realize that this is really happening and it's not a dream. I will get to the goal that I've set for myself, regardless of the bumps in the road along the way.

PS Told the bf I hit the 100 pound mark... he asked if I was under 200 yet.. I told him no.. I still have a ways to go, but by the time he's set up and ready to get me down there.. I'm gonna be so damn sexy he's gonna be in trouble

Wow, that's a great job. It takes a long time to believe this will really work. Even at the 2 year mark I still wonder sometimes. Keep setting those goals, that's the right way to do this - one step at a time.
