Default Ran almost 2 miles!!!

Ok, so I jogged, but I did it and a total of 3 miles all together! When I was 80 pounds more I could jog a full 3 miles without stopping, but I have had the worst time getting my energy up to a level to be able to even attempt this.
Today however, was another story!!! I almost died on the first .35 mile lap that I jogged, but it actually GOT EASIER on the other 4 jogged laps!

I just wanted to share with others, so that if anyone else is struggling with weakness, they know they are not alone. I just upped my protein and food intake a bit, and although this literally stopped my weight loss (2 weeks now) I am not worried. I know it will all balance out. It was so hard to feel so weak, and now that I have done this I feel SO much stronger.

Now I just have to listen to CT and drink more liquid!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Well done you, three miles is a good distance. Your energy will increase as you get further out mine did. Keep it up, my knees are too goosed for me to run any distance and last time I did three miles they refused to bend for four days So I'm impressed with your distance

Well done again and keep us posted when you enter your first marathon

WOW! I don't run unless something big and hairy with sharp teeth is behind me!! LOL All the extra stuff flopping around is just NOT attractive!

Congrats to you! You'll be doing a marathon before you know it!

I don't run either, I messed up my knees in high school. But I am looking forward to gaining distance on the treadmill.

The podiatrist put me in a surgical shoe yesterday to wear until the swelling and pain from my toe go away so it will be a while but at least I can get around, go shopping etc, just not gracefully.

I am so impressed with people who can run, 3 miles, way to go!!!
