 |  Just wanted to share....
I have finally gone under 200 pounds!! I was so excited yesterday when I weighed at the gym, but I wanted to wait and make sure it stuck today today before I said anything, sure enough I'm still under 200!
My husband was at the gym with me when I weighed the scale is in the zumba room so when I got on it and saw 199 I started hitting the window to tell him to come in there as soon as he walked in and hugged me I started crying!! I honestly can't believe I weigh 199 it's been 30+ years since I've been in this weight range!!
Thanks you guys for always being here for me your support means so much! And I'm going to say it again, if you are going through a stall don't give up I'm living proof that those stalls finally break and the weight comes off again, you just have to keep going by the rules, it works, it really works!!! |
