Talking I have reached my 1st Mini Goal Yipeeee!!
Ok so today I have reached my 1st mini goal of 50lbs lost and it took me 4 weeks and 6 days to do it

Here r some before and after pics and let me tell u I can really tell a difference now looking at these pics and before I couldnt tell!!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
