Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery. Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
Yes, this is normal. It takes a long time for your body to recover from surgery, anesthesia, etc. It would be surprising if you were not tired! If you are eating and drinking and taking your vitamins according to your surgeon's advice, in time you will feel perfectly fine, again. Be sure to rest when you need to and let us know how you are progressing.
Tired will be you middle name, fatigue even!! It won't last forever, but probably about 6 weeks or so. Believe it or not, getting out and walking helped some, and don't miss your B-12's every day. I can still tell if I miss them a day. Rest when you need to, also...your body is going through some big changes.
I've had a meltable B-12 since surgery. In other words, it's a B-12 that melts on your tongue. That and gummy multi's have been ok with my surgeon since surgery. I'm a little surprised you aren't on it.....HOWEVER check with him/her first. I can really tell the difference.
I recommended the sublinguel b-12. The ones I bought from the pharmacy melt under your tongue. It takes a few minutes to dissolve, but its not an unpleasant flavor.
