This past weekend was such a great weekend. Did another 5k, and bettered my time by 15 seconds, not much but it was better.

I also went for my final weigh in at the gym for the weight loss challenge I signed up for 11 weeks ago.
I ended up getting 2nd place in that!!
Lost 16.8 pounds, 7.94% body fat & 8.8 inches!

Anyway when I got home I was telling my husband all this good news and of course he was happy for me and proud of me.
We were getting ready to go to my grandson's Christmas party that my DIL had for his little day care friends, I was walking across the living room and my husband was heading toward me and he just stopped and had this look on his face and I asked him what was wrong and he said you look so good, you've changed so much and then came and hugged me. It just made me feel so special, I know he's always proud of me but the look on his face this time just said so much to me.
So this morning he calls me from work and asked how I was doing and then mentioned the weight loss challenge again...he said I know you got second place and that's great but in my book you're 1st place!! I love this man so much! I'm so blessed to have him by my side through this journey.
Yeah I know kinda mushy and stuff but I just wanted to share!!
