Went for my 3 month checkup. I now weigh 216lbs. Yeah me!!! They told me my goal weight is 140lbs. I'm fine with that. I just hope I make it. Looking forward to my 6 month checkup. Plan on weighing a lot less by then.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.
