Well to all my R&R friends i have finally got under 200 I am currently now 197 I still have a long way to go but i am proud of what i have accomplished so far. I know i have cheated along the way but I have bounced back and tried to work harder. I have been sick the last 2 weeks so no gym for me I am upset about that and I know I havent been getting my protein like I should and have been eating carbs but this week I vow to start again and try to get back on track. But being diagnoised with a middle ear infection and swollen ear drum and now I am having an allergic reaction the amoxicilan i was given I look the lochness monster LOL so off to the docs I go tomorrow to see what she can do I also cant hear outta my left ear where the infection is all in all the new year hasnt started so good but at least my stall has moved for now but I know if i keep with the carbs the scale is gonna go up and up and I will not Not let that happen. Hope everyone is well and glad to see all the new joiners I attened a seminar the other night with my sister as she is beginning her journey and hopes to have surgery sometime in mid June.
