Default A very pleasant surprise
Today I wore a pair of jeans and by the end of the day, they were so loose I looked like I could have been the star in a 1980's McHammer video, lol. I felt ugly in them to be honest. I went to Lane Bryant right after work and bought a new pair of jeans (just one because i dont think I will fit in them very long)...anywho, they were TWO SIZES SMALLER! It was crazy because I took them off of the hanger and held them up to my body and thought, "there is no way I am able to fit into these." Hello fat brain!

I just wanted to share. My fat brain keeps telling me I wont be able to fit in them tomorrow, but I know she's just a dang liar, lol!

Cheers to many more smaller sizes and lots of pleasant dressing room surprises!

that's fantastic!! I'm still pre-op, but my work pants are getting very big - they're chafing my inner thighs because they're so loose! and the reason they're staying up is the elastic in the waist and my big belly... I have to wear shirts that go over the waist because the waist band is so loose that my underwear show! I was looking today for some elastic waisted skirts so I could buy a couple sizes down... cannot find any that I would wear because they're too short! I'm not built for skirts above my knew right now

Congrats on the 2 size drop, that's fantastic!!

Isn't that a great feeling? I love complaining about my baggy pants now. And every time I have to go buy a smaller size I just can't believe it's true!

Mel that is great. I have had the same problem. Because I had lapband surgery in 2007 I have pants that range in size from 14-22 so I dont need to buy to much new. I did go out the other day and bought a new pair of pants, size 16 for my husbands 50th birthday party. I was so excited. My big dilema is I am going on a cruise March 4th and not sure I will have anything to wear, I am thinking I will be down another 15 pds roughly by then (2-3)pds a week, I hate to buy to much but might have too. Ohh the problems HA HA.,,
great job!!!
