Thumbs up MY "WOW" Moment!!
Ok, I have to share. Only 11 days past surgery. I got ready for work this morning and decided that since it was cold, I would try a pair of jeans that I haven't worn in about a year. The last time I wore them, they were pretty snug, to the point of being uncomfortable. WELL...........I put them on this morning and I HAVE ROOM!!!!! Like almost 2 inches in the waist. I'm thrilled!!! But not only room in the waist, I could actually grab the fabric from many areas and pull it away with no effort.

Makes me even more happy that I did this!!!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I had part one of my pre op today and I have lost 20 lbs since Dec 26. Wow! I am feeling encouraged and I believe I can make it. I started the high protein low carb diet on Jan 16 th. thats hen I started feeling the weight loss.....
