Default Who would have thought it...me a success.

About 5 years ago I started my own business. My son was three at the time. He has repeatedly asked me what I was going to be when I grew up. I always answered that I wanted to be a success.

About 7 months ago my business folded up. Right after my surgery. It was a VERY depressing time for me. My son and I sat down and we talked about the importance of trying even when you fail. I explained to him that failure makes success sweeter.

He was with me during my check up last night. During our conversation with the new nurse at the doctors office, she asked what it is that I do, and my son explained to her that I am a success. I thought that was cute, until about 2 minutes later my doctor came into the room, not having heard any of this, announced that I was a success and asked if I would come to his next group meeting of potential canidates for the surgery.

I may have failed at my business for now. But it looks like I succeeded where it matters most. I have my life, my health, my son...and so much more.

This is the best WOW moment of my life.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Wow Oaspio, your story touched me deeply. You are a success in so many ways. You're a success in how you're raising your son, you're a success in your weight loss, and you are a success on how you see life at this moment. Material achievements come and go, but personal spiritual achievement of the mind, body, and soul are priceless. Congratulations!!

Oaspio, you inspire me to be a better person and I have no trouble in seeing why your surgeon pick you for an example to inspire others not only physically but personally. You have set the bar of integrity for your son by embracing the positive in the difficult situation of your your folding business.

Thank you so much for sharing and God bless.

Failure is not in getting knocked down. Failure is in not getting back up. Success is trying one more time than you fail. You're teaching your son valuable lessons about what it means to be a man, as opposed to many of the overgrown adolescents I often see here at school.
