 |  Mini Wow Moment I wanted to share my little wow moment. I have to wear my wedding rings on my right hand because they keep sliding off my left one! I had this happen when I was on Atkins but not until I was down to about 200. I almost lost them in the shower the other day, good thing I felt them moving and closed my hand. I would have been devistated if they went down the drain!

I also had a WOW moment the other day--I was going into a bathroom stall at the mall and after I closed the door I realized I didn't have to squeeze up against the toilet and the door didn't rub up against me as I opened the door to get out. Now that was a great feeling for me.
