Been very busy with work and stuff and not online but wanted to let you know I am coming up on 2 year surgiversary in august and have now lost 179 pounds. I love this being able to go and do whatever I want. Just wish I could afford to get the excess skin removed.

OMG ~180lbs is excatly what I need to lose and I have lost ~140 of it and just thinking of losing the remaining 40lbs makes me feel helpless!! I'd love to learn from you, how have managed to keep the weight loss process so presisntent during these 2 good years? have you gained a little while losing? did you workout? did you diet? I try to keep myself on low-carb diet, exercise everyday, keep my mind and body busy with something useful but I'm stalling big time!! and to be quite honest I feel that the surgery has done it's part and I won't lose anymore! everybody around me telling me that your body figure won't lose anymore (I'm a medium "bones") and with the fact I'm 36yrs old I shouldn't dream of getting an 18 yrs old body!! and my body won't burn the fat anymore because the extra weight is just the excess skin! the comments around me are so negative  please help Hanadi
