It Will Be 6 Months The End Of July Since My Surgery, Hopefully I Am On Track For Weightloss. I Have Really Noticed It Slowing Though And That Does Not Thrill Me (i Think All The Weight I Lost Last Month Was From My Hair Falling Out .... Lol), But Though The Pounds Arent Dropping So Much I Still Notice Inches Coming Off So I Cant Complain. Thanks For Listenin.

| Super Moderator  | Congratulations!!! Don't forget to sign in in the Century Club thread at the top of this particular forum. Yes, you are at a time when your weight loss will start to move slower, but so long as you stick to the basics--protein first, water, water, water, you will keep losing. Also, if you are able to move better without pain, up your exercise a bit. It's getting hot, so if you love the water, water exercise is also very good for you. (((((((HUGS)))))) May your journey go well.
