Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  Goal Short simple and straight to the point. I reached normal BMI and my goal weight today. I saw it for the first time and almost fell off the scale when I saw that sweet # 145. Yes I did it I reached goal. It took a hell of alot of work to get here. I now need plastic surgery. The doctor says its about 13 lbs of excess skin to be lost. So now the dreaded thing..... how do I stop losing to stablize my weight? If you have any secrets please pass them on. Im afraid I wont stop losing and will turn into nothing! I have a new pic of me over the weekend I will try to post it.
